Un juez federal del Estado de México giró una orden de aprehensión en contra de la extitular de Sedesol y Sedatu, Rosario Robles Berlanga, por los delitos de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita (lavado de dinero) y delincuencia organizada.
La orden fue emitida a petición de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) quien presentó una imputación en contra de Robles a la que responsabiliza de participar junto con otras personas en una operación para ocultar o blanquear recursos supuestamente extraídos del erario.
De acuerdo con fuentes federales, se trata de una investigación que se desprende de las labores de investigación que se llevan a cabo con motivo del desvío de mas de cinco mil millones de pesos en la Sedesol y Sedatu a través del esquema conocido como “La Estafa Maestra”.
La orden de aprehensión girada contra Robles se cumplimentará en las próximas horas en las instalaciones de la cárcel femenil de Santa Martha Acatitla donde se encuentra recluida desde hace mas de un año, luego de que en 2019 se le iniciara un primer proceso penal por el delito de uso ilícito de atribuciones, el cual se encuentra en la fase intermedia.
Una vez que la orden sea cumplimentada por agentes de la Policía Federal Ministerial, Robles deberá ser trasladada ante el juez federal que obsequió para ser informada, en audiencia inicial, de los hechos y cargos que se le imputan.
Si el juez considera que hay evidencia inicial suficiente abrirá proceso en contra de la exfuncionaria federal por los referidos delitos. Se trataría del segundo proceso en contra de Robles, aunque a diferencia del anterior, este es por delitos considerados como graves que ameritan prisión preventiva automática.

La pena para una persona por cargos de delincuencia organizada puede ir de los 20 a los 40 años de prisión.
La orden de arresto solicitada por la FGR también fue requerida en contra de otros exfuncionarios sin que, hasta ahora, se haya confirmado la identidad de ellos.
Entre las evidencias con las que cuenta la Fiscalía para la solicitud de esta orden, indicaron las fuentes consultadas, están declaraciones de otros exservidores públicos que recibieron criterios de oportunidad (se volvieron testigos colaboradores) así como datos recabados por la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera de la Secretaría de Hacienda.
