La oficialía número 1 del Registro Civil de Nuevo Laredo, se encuentra lista para celebrar bodas entre personas del mismo sexo, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos y presenten el amparo que otorga el Poder Judicial.
Esto es porque a pesar de que el Poder Judicial del estado de Tamaulipas ya se pronunció en cuanto a haber otorgado 150 amparos, no cuentan con la instrucción oficial, comentó la responsable de dicha oficialía, Lucinia Hernández Abrego.
“No tenemos incluso, ninguna solicitud para efectuar estas bodas por parte de algunas personas, pero si ya el Poder Judicial, determinó otorgar estos amparos, en caso de presentarse alguna persona solicitando una unión entre personas del mismo sexo, solamente deberán cumplir con los requisitos”, comentó Hernández Abrego.
Los requisitos son; actas de nacimientos, identificación oficial, certificado de salud, cuatro testigos por cada uno de los contrayentes y si son personas del mismo sexo el amparo correspondiente.
Si presentan esta documentación, comentó y en la oficina ya se tiene la instrucción de la superioridad para efectuar estas uniones, no habrá ningún problema al respecto.
