Para los habitantes de las colonias Francisco Villa y Colinas del Sur, las obras inauguradas recientemente por el presidente municipal, Carlos Canturosas Villarreal, les han facilitado sus actividades diarias.
La Francisco Villa es una de las más beneficiadas este año, pues mediante una inversión cercana a 50 millones de pesos, ha recibido pavimentaciones, alumbrado público, cordones, banquetas, plazas públicas de Pies Mojados, espacios deportivos, desazolve del arroyo que atraviesa la calle Iglesias Calderón, drenaje sanitario y drenaje pluvial.
Teresa de Jesús Infante Bustos reside en la calle Eugenio Aguirre Benavides, que fue pavimentada con concreto hidráulico, lo cual facilita sus labores diarias, porque a sus 76 años de edad le resulta más cómodo caminar en una calle con pavimento.
“Las calles de la Francisco Villa ahora están bien, no como antes, que teníamos que caminar entre el lodo y la tierra. Estamos viendo el cambio, todos estamos muy contentos por la manera en la que se está trabajando en nuestra colonia”, expresó.
En la última semana, en este sector fueron entregados más de de 7 mil 800 metros cuadrados de calles pavimentadas, 2 mil 250 metros cuadrados de calles encalichadas y cerca de mil metros cuadrados de banquetas, con inversión de más de 8 millones 500 mil pesos.
Karla Nallely Sánchez Galicia, quien vive en la calle Tomás Urbina, comentó que este tipo de obras significan mucho para la Francisco Villa, ya que tenían años de solicitar estos beneficios que ahora son una realidad.
“Estamos encantados por todo el cambio que está haciendo el gobierno, creo que es la administración que más se ha acercado, se ha preocupado por nosotros y estamos viendo su respuesta con estas obras, que para nosotros significan mucho”, refirió.
El 30 de octubre en la colonia Colinas del Sur se entregaron obras por 5 millones 656 mil 945 pesos, que incluyen repavimentaciones con concreto hidráulico y ampliación y rehabilitación del Tamul.
Estos trabajos benefician no solo a residentes de esta colonia, sino también a residentes en sectores aledaños; Ana Luisa Rivera de Ortiz, ama de casa de la colonia El Caporal del kilómetro 12, agradeció las obras en el Tamul, donde recibe capacitación para aprender un oficio.
“Yo estoy muy contenta porque muchas personas nos estamos favoreciendo, ya tenemos un mejor lugar para pasar nuestras tardes y aprender alguna actividad con esta remodelación del Tamul de aquí de Colinas del Sur”, manifestó.
De acuerdo con José Arturo Camarillo Loredo, instructor de Artes Marciales, las renovadas instalaciones ahora son dignas, por lo que puede impartir en mejores condiciones la enseñanza de defensa personal a más niños.
María del Pilar Martínez Zúñiga, una joven ama de casa de Colinas del Sur, se mostró agradecida por las repavimentaciones.
“Los trabajos de repavimentación aquí en mi calle ya eran necesarias, las calles ya estaban muy gastadas, llenas de baches, y ahora ya la notamos mejor. En el tiempo que tengo viviendo en esta colonia no había visto que alguien se preocupara tanto por la ciudad”, aseguró.
De la misma opinión fue Elia Escobar Ruiz, vecina del sector.
“Tengo 16 años en la colonia y siempre hemos tenido problemas de baches, pero ahora con estos trabajos vemos una calle en buen estado, estamos notando el cambio”, mencionó.
Durante lo que resta del año, el alcalde Canturosas Villarreal continuará con la inauguración y entrega de obras para beneficio de miles de ciudadanos en los cuatro puntos cardinales de la ciudad, y al mismo tiempo se prepara el Plan de Obra Pública para el 2015.
