NUEVO LAREDO.- La próxima semana se dará el informe financieron de la auditoría que se hizo al Colector Campeche por parte del Nadbank y en máximo tres semanas se determinará si emprenden acción legal contra los responsables, declaró el alcalde Carlos Canturosas Villarreal.
Cabe destacar que se había anunciado que la primera semana de octubre se haría la presentación del dictamen final del que partirían las acciones legales, en caso de que existiera margen para ello.
“La próxima semana seguramente tendremos noticias a ese respecto, la próxima semana Gerónimo Gutiérrez (directivo del Nadbank) y seguramente la empresa contratada para tal efecto y los síndicos, tendrán un informe pormenorizado de la auditoría del estado financiero y de la cuestión técnica”, explicó el Alcalde.
“Seguramente en dos o tres semanas más determinaremos las acciones legales, si las hay, y si hay motivo para llevarlas a efecto entre Nadbank y Municipio”, agregó.
La ansiada auditoría debe revelar las razones por las que no se culminó el colector desde su perspectiva técnica así como los detalles administrativos del por qué se agotó el recurso y en todo caso en dónde terminó.
Es la administración de Ramón Garza Barrios la que se vio involucrada en el proyecto que quedó inconcluso a pesar de que Nadbank si cumplió con liberar los recursos para ello.
El informe técnico se dio a conocer hace más de un mes.
