Para el Plan de Contingencias de este año se decidió incluir a derechohabientes y trabajadores en la simulación de Situación de Riesgo.
A las 12:30 horas de este martes se llevó a cabo en Reynosa el primer simulacro por situación de riesgo que el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social programa con motivo del Plan de Contingencias durante este año. En esta ocasión fue simulada una balacera en el área administrativa de la Subdelegación donde alrededor de 15 derechohabientes y 10 empleados fueron supervisados por elementos de Protección Civil de Reynosa.
El protocolo de protección consiste en tirarse hacia el suelo resguardándose entre muebles o estructuras cercanas y permanecer en orden, sin entrar en pánico, mientras guardias de seguridad del edificio cierran el acceso principal para evitar la salida de personas que puedan poner en riesgo su vida, así como el ingreso de agresores. El simulacro duró cerca de 2 minutos. A decir de autoridades de Protección Civil, la recomendación es realizar al menos dos simulacros por situación de riesgo de manera anual.
