Elementos de la Fiscalía Especializada en delitos Electorales (FEPADE), cordinados por un agente del ministerio público federal, dando seguimiento a una denuncia interpuesta detuvieron a Francisca “N”, Matilde “N” y Sofía “N”, de 38, 43 y 36 Años respectivamente, quienes dijeron ser vecinas de la colonia Reserva Territorial Campestre, teniendo en su poder $125,250.00 pesos, mismos que reconocieron, les fueron entregados para “pagar” a quienes se comprometieran a votar por el PARTIDO ACCIÓN NACIONAL, con más de 120 copias fotostáticas de credenciales de elector de vecinos de dicha colonia, junto con diecisiete vales de gasolina con valor de 50 pesos, aceptaron haber realizado apenas dos entregas por el concepto señalado. Se cuenta con el testimonial de un Octagenario residente de la comunidad, mismo a quien entregaron la suma de 500 pesos.
Ha trascendido que durante la semana, una cantidad importante de elementos de la FEPADE que vienen comisionados para atender todo delito electoral, se encuentras destacamentados en esta ciudad. Cabe destacar que a partir del 19 de Abril, esta actividad fue calificada como “DELITO GRAVE”, sin derecho a fianza.
