Por unanimidad, el Cabildo de Nuevo Laredo aprobó el proyecto del presupuesto de egresos para el ejercicio fiscal del año 2017, que privilegia la obra pública, desarrollo social, servicios públicos, cultura y salud, par atender las necesidades de la ciudadanía.
Este proyecto de presupuesto asciende a 2 mil 737 millones 682 mil 330 pesos con 64 centavos.
En obra pública considera un gasto de 731 millones 201 mil 866 pesos con 35 centavos, servicios generales 705 millones 315 mil 542 pesos con 34 centavos.
Considera a la vez apoyos alimentarios por 22 millones 680 mil pesos, becas educativas y deportivas por 75 millones de pesos, bacheo 48 millones de pesos y alumbrado público 48 millones de pesos, entre otras partidas.
Durante la sesión de cabildo, el Presidente municipal, Enrique Rivas, resaltó que el ejercicio del presupuesto fiscal será de manera ordenada y transparente, pero sobretodo tangible con obras y beneficios directos a la ciudadanía.
Resaltó el incremento al presupuesto para servicios básicos y de becas al incorporar las becas de Excelencia y también para atender una de las principales demandas de la ciudadanía en alumbrado público, pavimentación y bacheo.
El alcalde agradeció a Síndicos y Regidores, su compromiso con la ciudadanía, al aprobar la anulación de las prestaciones adicionales personales como gastos de telefonía celular, compra de flotillas de equipos celulares, gastos médicos y de comida, con la finalidad de eficientizar y favorecer más al ciudadano con los recursos públicos.
“Mi reconocimiento por eliminar todas las prestaciones adicionales personales para síndicos, para regidores a funcionarios, el poder llegar a cero pesos de estar pagando telefonía, era algo necesario”, insistió.
Al concluir la sesión de cabildo, el Presidente municipal aclaró que se recibirá presupuesto adicional gestionado ya ante las instancias federales y estatales, de tal forma que se busca aplicar hasta mil millones de pesos en obra pública.
“Esto nos permite poder designar 731 millones de manera muy general para la obra pública, pero que esto no contempla las aportaciones que a fondo perdido estamos gestionando con presupuestos específicos directos que hasta que queden autorizados, que queden aprobadas en las distintas dependencias federales y estatales”, puntualizó el Presidente municipal.
