El legislador señaló que la audiencia para llevar a cabo el proceso de desafuero en contra de Cabeza de vaca es necesario que se realice de forma presencial, pública y deben de participar ambos funcionarios para que expresen lo que a su derecho convenga.
Este periodo de pruebas es para informar a la ciudadanía de forma transparente, cómo se desarrolla el proceso de desafuero contra el panista.

La comparecencia de carácter público en la que también estará presente el gobernador García Cabeza de Vaca, por ser el imputado, se desarrollará el próximo viernes.
Pastor señaló que el gobernador panista puede reclamar a las instancias correspondientes si está en contra de que su audiencia sea pública.
Sin embargo, señaló que como integrante de la Sección Instructora considera que la comparecencia debe de ser los denunciantes y los denunciados.
