Este lunes, en punto de las 14:00 horas, personal de la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos de la Cámara de Diputados, por mandato de la Sección Instructora de la 64 Legislatura, notificó formal y personalmente al gobernador panista de Tamaulipas, Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca, que se admitió y radicó la solicitud de desafuero en su contra en este órgano legislativo.
El personal de la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos de la Cámara de Diputados se trasladó al Palacio de Gobierno de Tamaulipas, en Ciudad Victoria, donde se le notificó al mandatario estatal la entrada del expediente SI/LXIV/DP/02/2021 a la Solicitud de Declaración de Procedencia en su contra.
Cabe recordar que el pasado martes, el titular y Fiscales de la Unidad Especializada en la Investigación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita y Alteración y Falsificación de Moneda, de la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación contra Delincuencia Organizada de la Fiscalía General de la República, presentaron esta solicitud de desafuero y fue ratificada el viernes pasado.
Se deriva de la carpeta de investigación FED/SEIDO/UEIORPIFAM-CDMX/0000392/2020 que se integra en su contra por hechos con la apariencia de delito de delincuencia organizada, operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita y evasión fiscal equiparada, de la cual se le corrió traslado de los diez tomos que la conforman, junto con la Solicitud de Declaración de Procedencia y su ratificación, así como del Acuerdo de la Sección Instructora en su sesión de fecha 27 de febrero de 2021.
A partir de su notificación, el servidor público imputado cuenta con un plazo de siete días naturales para que manifieste por escrito lo que a su derecho y defensa convenga.
