Al asegurar que su gobierno no ejerce un monopolio en la aplicación de vacunas contra el Covid-19, el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador instruyó a la Secretaría de Salud a que emita un comunicado para que cualquier gobierno estatal o empresa privada pueda comprar biológicos contra el nuevo coronavirus de farmacéuticas que ya tenga autorización en México.
En su conferencia de prensa, el presidente López Obrador dijo que la única condición para este permiso es que las empresas y gobiernos locales anexen a la solicitud de compra el contrato de adquisición de las vacunas, la cantidad y el nombre de las farmacéuticas, y a quienes la van a aplicar para no duplicar esfuerzos con el plan nacional de vacunación.
“Los únicos requisitos el contrato, cuándo va a llegar la vacuna y que sea de una farmacéutica autorizada por ejemplo Pfizer, AstraZeneca, las que ya están autorizadas en México o están por autorizarse y también en dónde las van a aplicar, esto para que no haya duplicidades, porque existe un plan nacional de vacunación”.

El titular del Ejecutivo dijo que no quiere que se mal interprete que hay empresas que quieren comprar vacunas y no se les permite, porque el gobierno ejerce “un monopolio” en la aplicación de la vacunas.
“Lo mismo los gobiernos estatales, quieren adquirir vacunas, están en libertad de hacerlo, no quiero que se preste a la politiquería, este es un asunto muy serio, no habrá retrasos en las autorizaciones”.
Dijo que se pide el contrato de compra de vacunas para que no se engañe diciendo que van a comprar y resulta que en los hechos no hay nada real, que es pura demagogia.
