“Hoy [el 27 de noviembre] terroristas asesinaron a un eminente científico iraní. Esta cobardía —con unas indicaciones serias de rol de Israel— muestra un belicismo desesperado de los autores” del crimen, comentó.
Fakhrizadeh fue señalado por el primer ministro israelí, Benjamin Netanyahu, en 2018, como el director del proyecto armamentístico nuclear iraní. El mandatario israelí dijo de él: “Recuerden este nombre, Fakhrizadeh”.
