En este gran desfile de denuncias e investigaciones contra exgobernadores y gobernadores en activo, Francisco Cabeza de Vaca aparece en la pasarela. Según Animal Político, el mandatario de Tamaulipas es investigado por delito relacionados con el narcotráfico.
El portal periodístico confirma que la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (SEIDO) tiene en la mira al gobernador de Tamaulipas… y no nomás para ver qué sale, sino con información proporcionada por la Administración para el Control de Drogas de Estados Unidos (DEA).
De acuerdo con la nota de Arturo Angel y Zedryk Raziel, las autoridades federales abrieron una carpeta de investigación a Cabeza de Vaca por presuntas operaciones con recursos ilícitos, los cuales provendrían del narcotráfico.
Para iniciar sus investigaciones en forma, la SEIDO se tomó 10 meses, tiempo en el que contó con la colaboración de la DEA… de hecho, ésta le habría proporcionado quizás uno de los elementos más pesados para cargarla contra el gobernador: escuchas telefónicas que vinculan a Cabeza de Vaca con el crimen organizado.
Además de nexos con el crimen organizado, la SEIDO apunta a que el gober tamaulipeco pudo haberse enriquecido de forma ilícita, haber cometido desvío de recursos y, además, defraudación fiscal.
Cabeza de Vaca ya había sido denunciado ante la FGR
Todo lo anterior viene a fortalecer lo que hace unas semanas denunció ante la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) el aspirante a líder nacional de Morena, Alejandro Rojas. De acuerdo con la denuncia del morenista, Francisco Cabeza de Vaca estaría involucrado en varios delitos… casi todos los ya mencionados, más aparte, huachicoleo y lavado.
Quizás sin saber que la SEIDO colaboraba con la DEA, en su denuncia Rojas pedía al Ministerio Pública Federal que pidiera ayuda de las autoridades de Estados Unidos… casi daba por hecho que no se negarían, ya que sabía que en el gabacho Cabeza de Vaca es investigado por “su meteórica riqueza inmobiliaria, empresarial y financiera”.
Denuncian al gobernador de Tamaulipas por delincuencia organizada y huachicoleo
Según Rojas, el gobernador de Tamaulipas no tiene manera de justificar la riqueza inmobiliaria que posee, la cual en nada se ajusta a los sueldos que ha percibido en los últimos años. Tan sólo en bienes inmuebles, el mandatario tendría una fortuna valuada en 951 millones de pesos.
La denuncia del aspirante a la dirigencia de Morena también abarcó a los familiares de Cabeza de Vaca. A sus dos hermanos, para ser más específicos. De acuerdo con Rojas, el mandatario habría formado con sus dos carnalitos un “cártel financiero” conocido en el mundo delincuencial como “El Cártel de las Tres Cabezas”… éste tendría responsabilidad en el desvío de millones de pesos del erario.
Hasta el momento Francisco Cabeza de Vaca no se ha pronunciado sobre esta información.
