Algunos fondos con acciones en Facebook respaldaron este miércoles una propuesta para sacar a Mark Zuckerberg, CEO de la compañía, de la presidencia por lo que consideran ha sido un mal manejo de varios escándalos de alto perfil.
Los tesoreros estatales de Illinois, Rhode Island y Pensilvania, junto con el contralor de la ciudad de Nueva York, Scott Stringer, presentaron de forma conjunta la propuesta.

La propuesta afirma que la falta de presidente y supervisión del directorio ha contribuido a que Facebook se haya “manejado mal” en varias controversias graves, incluida la intromisión rusa en las elecciones estadounidenses en 2016 y la filtración de datos de Cambridge Analytica.
