La captura habría ocurrido ayer por la tarde, presumiblemente de una conversación de la plataforma de mensajería Whatsapp enviada a las 4:14 y 4:16 de la tarde en dos mensajes, respectivamente, cuya emisión se atribuye a Benjamín Contreras, quien ha militado en el PAN, y ostentado el cargo de Director de Entidades y Organismos Paramunicipales en la actual administración.
