Ramón Garza Barrios presentó su plan de obra pública en la colonia Villas de San Miguel, donde simultáneamente emprendió el bacheo de varias calles ante la presencia de habitantes del sector.
La inversión que hará una vez que llegue al gobierno se destinará a la pavimentación y mantenimiento de calles y avenidas, a la construcción de aulas y escuelas, de centros comunitarios, deportivos y de salud, así como a la reparación del alumbrado público.
El candidato a la presidencia municipal de Nuevo Laredo por MORENA, cuestionó al gobierno de Enrique Rivas, pues los 2 mil millones de presupuesto que dijo haber invertido en obra pública no se ven reflejados en la ciudad.
“Una administración que no puede con los baches no puede con la obra pública inteligente”, señaló.
Su proyecto contempla dar solución al sistema de drenaje pluvial y sanitario que no ha tenido la capacidad de concluir el gobierno actual. Acorde a estudios de movilidad urbana se construirán puentes y vialidades inteligentes y se dará agilidad a las principales arterias de la ciudad como la avenida Reforma, César López de Lara, calzada Los Héroes, Revolución y otras más de oriente a poniente y de norte a sur.
Ramón Garza Barrios anunció que a través de una aplicación geo-referenciada para teléfonos celulares se atenderán con prontitud los reportes de baches y tres equipos serán habilitados para garantizar su reparación en menos de 48 horas.
Los centros comunitarios y deportivos serán tres, uno se ubicará al sur y dos al poniente y ofrecerán condiciones para el deporte, la cultura, las artes y la recreación.
Para que haya transparencia y conclusión de obras a tiempo creará una Comisión Anticorrupción de Obra Pública (CADOP) dirigida por los ciudadanos y comités vecinales para supervisión de las mismas.
Cabe destacar que cuando fue presidente municipal, Ramón Garza Barrios invirtió en obra pública 773 millones de pesos, logrando pavimentar 2 mil 512 cuadras, de los cuales 170 kilómetros fueron con concreto hidráulico, superando en 30 por ciento la media nacional.
Durante la presentación pública estuvo acompañado por su candidato suplente Rogelio Soto Quiroz.
