“Si gano, instruiré a mi secretario de Justicia la designación de un fiscal especial para que analice tu situación. Nunca ha habido tantas mentiras”, había dicho Trump, que incluso amenazó a Clinton con encarcelarla.
En toda la campaña, la incendiaria retórica de Trump hizo que se torne común que sus simpatizantes coreen el lema “¡Tránquenla!” cada que vez que se mencionaba el nombre de Hillary Clinton.
Este martes, Conway dijo que Clinton “aún tiene que enfrentar el hecho de que la mayoría de los estadounidenses no la considera honesta o confiable”.
“Si Donald Trump puede ayudarla a cerrar esa herida, tal vez sea un buen paso” no insistir en una investigación, agregó.
