La plaza se encuentra ubicada en la avenida Tecolotes, entre Tulipán y avenida Habana, dentro de dicha colonia y cuenta con una superficie de construcción de 2 mil 99 metros cuadrados. Esta obra beneficia directamente a 4 mil habitantes de la colonia Lomas del Río.
Entrega pavimentación en la colonia las Alazanas
Posteriormente Carlos Canturosas Villarreal, visitó a los habitantes de la colonia Las Alazanas a quienes les entregó una obra de pavimentación con concreto hidráulico en la calle Lázaro Cárdenas entre Incas y Límite Norte.
La inversión de esta obra asciende a los 2 millones 569 mil 734 pesos, correspondientes a una superficie pavimentada de 2 mil 412 metros cuadrados.
