Joaquín Jiménez Arriaga, presidente de la Asociación de Maquiladoras (Index) Mexicali, indicó que diversas empresas del sector empresarial han mostrado interés en comprar la vacuna, y ya se les confirmó que sí tienen la posibilidad de hacerlo.
Sin embargo, resaltó que los tiempos de espera para obtener la vacuna podrían ser de dos a tres años debido a que toda la producción ya está comprometida, por lo que ellos no podrían obtenerla en este momento.
“Todas las vacunas que estén por Pfizer, Moderna o por quien sea, están comprometidas con todos los gobiernos a nivel mundial” explicó “de tal manera que ninguna empresa privada, de momento, pudiera comprar vacunas o las pudiera comprar ahorita”
No obstante, cabe señalar que aún es incierto el precio que tendrá la vacuna.
