Nuevo Laredo, Tam.- El Ayuntamiento de Nuevo Laredo aprobó la mañana de este viernes la iniciativa de Ley de Ingresos para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2016 por un monto de 2 mil 645 millones 827 mil 540 pesos con 36 centavos.En sesión ordinaria de cabildo llevada a cabo en la Sala “Niños Héroes de Chapultepec” por unanimidad, los integrantes del cuerpo de edilicio ratificaron la iniciativa que establece anualmente los ingresos que el gobierno debe recaudar para continuar desarrollando el progreso del municipio.
Carlos Canturosas Villarreal, presidente municipal, indicó que se está dictaminando una ley de las más importantes junto con la Ley de Egresos que le da equilibrio a la administración, y afirmó que su gobierno de manera responsable ha hecho un análisis profundo de lo que se debe hacer en Nuevo Laredo.
“Es un presupuesto de Ley de Ingresos prudente, que después se traducirá en la Ley de Egresos respectiva, y luego iremos aterrizándola en las distintas ramas que componen la administración pública”.
“Seguramente antes de que termine el año estaremos votando con el visto bueno de la Comisión de Obras Públicas el presupuesto de obra pública que será mesurado, para no heredar a otras administraciones obras transferidas en cuanto a la obra física y obras en cuanto a la cuestión financiera”, detalló el munícipe
La iniciativa fue presentada por el primer síndico, Antonio Martínez Santoyo, presidente de la comisión de Hacienda y Cuenta Pública, quien destacó se trata de un presupuesto muy similar al de 2015, pero más controlado ante los recortes federales.
Con la aprobación del cabildo, el proyecto de iniciativa de Ley de Ingresos será presentado ante el Congreso del Estado, para su análisis, discusión, modificación y aprobación correspondiente, de conformidad con lo que establece el Código Financiero para el Estado de Tamaulipas, sus Municipios y las normas aplicables.
