Deberá realizarse una notificación por los medios que determine el propio Infonavit, cuyas disposiciones deberán de publicarse en el diario oficial de la federación y en la página oficial de este organismo.
Se prevé que, si los trabajadores o beneficiarios no solicitan los recursos ejerciendo su derecho transcurridos los 10 años, el Infonavit pasará estos bienes a una bolsa financiera administrada por el mismo organismo.
Señala que los beneficiarios tendrán acceso a los requisitos de reclamación en forma permanente y si éstos son aceptados, el Infonavit especificará los montos a pagar tomando en cuenta los intereses que correspondan al momento.
Se contará con una reserva financiera anual; el dictamen fue aprobado con 455 votos a favor, uno en contra y cero abstenciones.
