El video corresponde a una grabación con fecha 20 de enero del 2019, en el que se ve a Carloscon un chaleco y besando a la joven para después pasar al momento íntimo.
Carlos presume en sus cuentas personales de redes sociales ser “management” en la CFE y tener maestría en liderazgo desarrollador.
Los empleados de la CFE lo señalan de ser una persona prepotente y de hacer alarde que es primo de un líder sindical y que “nadie le puede hacer nada”.
De diciembre de 2018 a la fecha ha despedido a un gran número de trabajadores. Ese es el motivo por el que varios de los afectados compartieron este video, para exigir a los directivos de la oficina central de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad ubicada en la Ciudad de México, que se tomen cartas en el asunto contra este administrador.
