El funcionario, explicó que los vendedores se presentaron ante la Agencia del Ministerio Público, para presentar las demandas por el delito de extorsión.
“Si, de diferentes denuncias ante el ministerio público, se configura el delito de extorsión porque se les exige un dinero a cambio de algo y si ese dinero no se entrega se utiliza alguna amenaza, y en este caso se está exigiendo dinero por espacios municipales”, aclaró.
Pedroza, aclaró que algunos alcanzan el delito de fraude, sobre todo aquellos que vendieron espacios en banquetas y calles.
“Hay otros de fraude, porque se vendieron prácticamente pedazos de baquetas, pedazos de calle a 10, 15 o 20 mil pesos, incluso hasta les daban recibo y esto es fraude”, concluyó.
