El uso electoral del programa ‘Médico en tu Casa’, es utilizado de manera ilícita en campañas políticas, principalmente por candidatos del Partido Revolucionario Institucional. Por esta razón la Consejería Jurídica y de Servicios Legales del gobierno capitalino decidió presentar una denuncia ante la Fiscalía Especializada para la Atención de Delitos Electorales (Fepade) para que actúe en contra de quienes resulten responsables por utilizar el programa antes mencionado.
A través de un comunicado, la dependencia explicó que el uso de esta iniciativa en campañas políticas podría ser un delito en agravio de la Jefatura de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, la sociedad y la administración de justicia.
En el documento entregado a la Fepade se especifica que no se ha autorizado a ningún aspirante o a quien participe en las campañas, a utilizar el programa que es una marca registrada.
El candidato a la presidencia municipal de Nuevo Laredo Héctor Canales González ha anunciado en redes sociales y en medios de comunicación, sus propuestas de gobierno, donde incluye el programa “Médico en tu Casa”, incluso después de difundida la noticia del jefe de gobierno de la CdMx al deslindarse de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad por el uso de este programa en el marco de la veda electoral acual.
