Con aportación de recursos federales y municipales por un monto de 89 millones 953 mil pesos, el Gobierno de Nuevo Laredo emprenderá un proyecto de acción para terminar con la inundación de vialidades en temporada de lluvias.
Lo anterior luego de las gestiones realizadas por el presidente municipal, Carlos Canturosas Villarreal, quien presentó a la Federación en tiempo y forma los proyectos ejecutivos de las obras que se requieren para completar el eficiente funcionamiento de los colectores Campeche y 15 de Septiembre.
En conferencia de prensa, el alcalde informó que esta semana en Palacio Nacional consiguió con el subsecretario de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Fernando Aportela Rodríguez, un recurso proveniente del programa Ramo 023, que permitirá concluir el colector Campeche, el cual actualmente da servicio a aproximadamente el 50 % de su cuenca, dado que faltan por construir 3 mil 087.15 metros lineales para unir la totalidad de sus ramales.
“Con este recurso podremos terminar la construcción del colector Campeche, es un momento muy importante para Nuevo Laredo, que pone de manifiesto el interés que siempre hemos tenido como gobierno municipal de solucionar los problemas que más aquejan a la población. Lo más importante es que las obras las haremos con recursos propios, con recursos de la federación, sin endeudamiento y sin pedir prestado”, destacó Canturosas Villarreal.
El costo del colector Campeche es de alrededor de 75 millones de pesos, poco más de 50 millones serán aportados por la federación y el resto se cubrirá con recurso del Municipio.
El alcalde precisó que 60 por ciento del recurso federal para esta obra ya fue depositado en la cuenta municipal como parte de una primera etapa, mientras que otro 20 por ciento llegará en el transcurso de este mes y el 20 por ciento restante durante noviembre.
“Nos han llegado hasta este momento 53 millones 969 mil pesos, estos recursos están depositados a nombre del gobierno municipal. Se había solicitado presupuesto para cinco proyectos en específico, cuatro pavimentaciones que se van a realizar y el colector pluvial, aunque para el colector nos han llegado 36 millones de los 53 millones de pesos”, refirió el presidente municipal.
La duración de los trabajos para terminar el colector Campeche serían tentativamente de siete meses para beneficiar directamente a 18 mil habitantes de las colonias Juárez, Morelos, Guerrero, Campestre, Los Álamos, Burócratas, México y Jardín, principalmente.
Esta obra erradicará el 60 por ciento de las inundaciones que se registran en toda la ciudad producto de lluvias, principalmente en las avenidas César López de Lara, de la calle Guatemala a Chihuahua; Paseo Colón, de Reforma a Donato Guerra, Reforma, de Campeche a la Paseo Colón, Obregón, de Santa Anita a Chihuahua, Narciso Mendoza, de Campeche a Venustiano Carranza, y de las calles Donato Guerra, Riva Palacio y Aldama, de Coahuila a Venezuela, así como sus áreas circunvecinas.
Canturosas Villarreal explicó que los trabajos de construcción incidirán en la red de drenaje sanitario, por lo que está considerada la reposición de 3 mil 51 metros de atarjea con sus respectivas descargas.
La licitación de estas obras se espera sea publicada en los periódicos de mayor circulación a partir de la próxima semana, por lo que en este proceso podrán participar tanto empresas locales como foráneas.
Los trabajos a ejecutar se harán en vialidades como Reforma, Ocampo, Obregón, Aldama, Campeche, Riva Palacio, Chihuahua, Tamaulipas, Nuevo León y Paseo Colón; el flujo vehicular se verá afectado con el cierre de calles mientras duren las obras, por lo que el alcalde pidió la comprensión de la ciudadanía ya que estas acciones son en beneficio de la comunidad.
Durante la conferencia, Canturosas Villarreal también agradeció a la Senadora Maki Ortiz Domínguez y al diputado federal Glafiro Salinas Mendiola, por su intervención para lograr estos recursos federales.
Además anunció que con recursos municipales propondrá al cabildo invertir para el próximo año alrededor de 250 millones de pesos en el colector 15 de Septiembre Norte y Sur, por lo que la primera parte de 100 millones se incluirá en el programa de Obra Pública 2015, mientras que en el 2016 se realizará la segunda y última parte.
Durante la presentación del proyecto acompañaron al munícipe el primer síndico, Antonio Martínez Santoyo; el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Ernesto Ferrara Theriot, y el secretario de Obras Públicas, Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente, Carlos Germán de Anda Hernández, así como diversos integrantes del cuerpo edilicio.
